Insurance Compliance Oversight recruitment
Due to ongoing growth my client, a global card payment business are recruiting for an Insurance Compliance Oversight Manager. The role focuses upon the Insurance benefits that are offered to card members. The role will offer full autonomy fr the implementation and management of compliance oversight across all business lines for insurance benefits.
You will be responsible for;
Maintaining awareness of the programme priorities and focus.
Support the use of the global risk model.
Support and deliver key policies and standards to the business, such as risk assessment, compliance monitoring and issue management.
Support and challenge the business in delivering and maintaining suitable and effective standards and controls for any new, or material changes to existing, products and practices.
Background;
Ideally you should posses both a degree as well as a professional compliance qualification. You should have a solid compliance or Audit background and possess a working knowledge of the retail financial environment. You should have a working knowledge of insurance products and the regulatory requirements attached. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to forge working relationships both internally and externally as you will engage regularly with senior stakeholders and regulatory or industry bodies.
