Insurance Manager

We currently have a senior opportunity for an experienced Manager who is focussed on operational efficiency – strategic direction and implementation – to join this large Superannuation administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a challenging role managing a team of 50+ staff in changing their mindset to become more operationally efficient. You will have freedom in implementing processes and driving the strategic direction of the department. There will be great recognition and the potential of career progression for the individual who can turn this department to one of the leading areas of the business.

The role requires someone with confidence that can drive productivity and processes, has knowledge and a strong understanding of Group Life Insurance in regards to superannuation. You will have had exposure to the operations within Group Life and feel confident managing large teams.

You will be required to manage 3 Team Leaders and a further 50 staff. Your responsibilities will include:
