Insurance Manager – Lend Lease recruitment

We’re looking for an experienced insurance manager to assist with the management of a cost-effective insurance programme, whilst ensuring that all business units’ activities in Australia and Asia are sufficiently insured and that claims are handled efficiently. Experience will make it second nature for you to administer the group policies, submit and manage claims, undertake contract reviews, provide procedures manuals training and prepare annual premium forecasts for business units. You will also be responsible for contract reviews for all aspects of major projects.
Proven experience in a similar insurance role and advanced Excel skills are essential, as is your ability to operate in a fast paced environment. Your understanding of insurance and risk management principles, strong problem solving skills, ability to act quickly on your feet along with your confidence to deal with people at all levels, will also be key.
