ATT Integrated Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for supporting and delivering integrated solutions for ATT account teams and large fortune ATT customer accounts. As a seasoned industry expert, the ISS is successful in understanding and anticipating customer needs, identifying key business drivers, leveraging ATT portfolio (Cloud services, MPLS networks, VOIP, Security, Hosting Services and Professional Services for network consulting and assessments) and delivering value based solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. The ISS is customer facing and owns proposing, pricing, contracting, negotiating and closing the ATT portfolio of managed and emerging services. Roles and responsibilities of the Integrated Sales Specialist include but not limited to the following: Provide necessary integrated solution delivery and support to ATT account team responsible for the large business and fortune accounts Assist sales team in obtaining revenue growth in support of particular product lines and solutions based sales Provide sales support to the account team responsible for large fortune accounts and participate with account team to in sales opportunities Work with account team within a defined territory or an account portfolio aligned at a Sales Group level (e.g. assigned segment, territory or account base) Provide support that may be associated with newer, more enhanced or custom products. Develops customer relationships Anticipate client concerns roadblocks, to overcome obstacles that may delay customer decision Responsible for duplicate ownership of objective/attainment with the account team or sales group Position self as the subject matter expert (SME) in providing sales support to all of PCG Accounts - including customer meetings, customer presentations, defining process. Work closely with business partners on configuring and designing solutions and negotiating contracts. Work with the Product House and business partners in relation to promotions and reaching revenue targets; facilitating relationship-building between Account Executives and the Product House Take ownership of proposing, pricing, contracting, negotiation and closing Distribute tools and self-enabling tools to the field; May pursue some opportunities independently as well as over time, and train sales force to sell products independently (i.e. without Integrated Solutions Specialist involvement). Provide sales coaching to the PCG account sales organization as needed Specialist role focuses on revenue growth of a particular product line for accounts within a defined territory or an account portfolio aligned at a Sales Group level (e.g. assigned segment, territory or account base).
