Integration Analyst recruitment

•          Facilitate communication and collaboration among Omgeo business partners e.g. Sales and Relationship Management, Product Management, Product Operations and Training.

•          Assist with other miscellaneous duties as requested by the management.

•          Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously.

•          Serve as the business analyst and project manager for each client engagement.

•          Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, workflow analysis and develop recommendations based on experience gathered from past client engagements.

•          Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to production support teams.

•          Make recommendations to Product Management for enhancements to products identified during client projects.

•         Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide updates.

•          Champion cross-functional initiatives for Integration.

•          Implement ways to improve the effectiveness of the team and increase the team productivity.

•          Act as a mentor to the Integration Consultant II.

•          Work closely with Sales to provide pre-sales support and project scoping.

•          Prepare Statements of Work describing project scope, assumptions, deliverables and estimated hours/schedule for project.

•          Manage and approve internal resource time to agreed SOW for each assigned project and issue addendums where required.

•          Act as escalation point for team.

•          Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project status.

Qualifications:

•             Understanding of the institutional trade flow and trade processing business (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

•             Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into defined business requirements.

•             Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (XML, FIX) highly desirable.

•             PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent certified desirable.

•             Must be willing to travel up to 15%.

•             5+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry.

•             Knows the Products Industry: demonstrates a deep knowledge of Omgeo solutions and the ability to implement and troubleshoot products or educate clients in the context of their unique business environment.
