Integration Implementation Specialist

Department description:

The goal of the integration team is to help clients achieve direct server-to-server connections thus reducing manual intervention in the trading process.   Utilizing industry standard protocols as well as proprietary tools the team works directly with clients as well as order management system providers and third party vendors that are used by our clients. 

Members of this team have the following skillset project management, business analysis and technical expertise (basic understanding of networking, security, system development).

 

Description of position:

The Implementation Specialist will operate within the existing integration group providing technical expertise to assist clients in achieving their various trade processing requirements.  Supporting existing connections and conducting analysis necessary to turn client requests into system enhancements.  The role will require a great deal of interaction with front office traders, middle and back office operations staff as well as technical support and developers.

 

Background:

This person is required to have knowledge of financial markets with a focus on the Fixed Income markets. A strong understanding of trade processing workflows, back-office operations, and settlement systems is required. A four year degree is required for this role. The candidate will have technical proficiency with common programming language(s). A four year degree is required for this role.

 

Responsibilities/accountabilities:

•              Monitoring, supporting and troubleshooting existing connections

•              Work with team to help identify new technical opportunities

•              Provide onsite client technical oversight and support as needed

•              Manage customer relationship throughout the process of system integration
