Primary Responsibilities:
In this position you will manage the scope of system integration for building automation system (HVAC, Security, Surveillance, Nurse Call, Asset Locator and etc).
Duties include user specification development and functional scope development for software development. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors for developing, packaging and documentation of solution. Implementation duties include budgeting and scheduling of technical resources for field implementation of projects, in the Canada Region.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years ofproject management experience in related industry
- Two year technology program or hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering science
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to translate user requirements to software solution
- Information Technology experience is an asset
- Experience with Application Engineering
- Industry knowledge of Fire, Security and HBC
- Experiencing working on projects that involve defining, developing and introducing new products to market
- Ability to work with Business Partners and Key Stakeholders
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Willingness to travel as necessary in course of duties up to 50% away
