IntelliRisk Account Manager

Full Job Description

IntelliRisk Services offers risk management information services for policyholders ofthisInsurance company. It provides easy access to view claim information and can generate loss reports, provide a flexible dashboard summarising claims and associated financials, and containing charts with drill down links to more detailed information.
Responsibilities will include:
- Analyse customer information needs and implement solutions utilising existing and customised IntelliRisk products and services
- Act as IntelliRisk representative, providing training and proactive customer service and support to Insureds-Brokers-Agents
- Achieve new business and client retention goals
- Ensure new product versions and updates are implemented seamlessly
- Conduct capabilities presentations for customers (Insureds-Brokers-Agents) andInternal staff
- Support underwriting and claims-marketing groups in the promotion of IntelliRisk Services
- Pursue business opportunities within the UK and Europe as well as evaluate underwritings book of business for strengths and opportunities.
- Create strategies for success and make recommendations to management-senior staff.
- Identify and recommend product enhancements in order to better meet customer needs.
- Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for customer-specific reporting or system functionality.

Good knowledge of commercial insurance and related risk management information services
- Experienced in defining user requirements for application design-modification
- University degree educated
- Excellent presentation marketing skills
- Experienced in high-level customer service, customer communication and customer training
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Able to work independently with direction IntelliRisk Services in the US, in addition to local regional management in a matrix reporting structure
- Strong English (written and verbal) language skills
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment

£50,000 - £50,000 per anum.
