Full Job Description
You will be working fora fast growing Lloyds Managing Agent with a strong presence in the Lloyds and London market. You will be handling Professional Indemnity claims and your responsibilities will include:
- Investigate and resolve claims in line with company procedures to ensure best practice is followed at all times
- Manage own caseload of claims and manage all internal and external correspondence efficiently
- Support and help develop the claims strategy to achieve the companies short and long term goals
- Manage estimates and billings with brokers and clients
- Uphold and build relationships with clients and customers, ensuring all correspondence issues are well documented
- Assist in helping train junior staff when required
Our client is looking for a `second jobber` type candidate so ideally someone who has been in the market 4-5 years. Our client appreciates someone with this level of experience may not be completely fluent in Professional Indemnity and will therefore consider those with EL, PL and other casualty classes. However you will need to be technically sound, ambitious and keen to develop. You will have had experience using with ECF, CLASS.
