Interest Rate Derivative Analyst
Leading Investment Bank based in London is currently recruiting for a candidate who has substantial Interest Rate Derivatives knowledge with a strong Management Information background. Candidate would have sufficient Middle Office exposure to join a high profile project, working to tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Main Function Of The Job:
To support the Complaints Management Team in the following areas:
Preparing Weekly Complaints Management Information (MI)
Analysing MI reports and suggesting improvements
Synthesising raw data and operational processes metrics
Liaising with Legal, Compliance Complaints to provide data and trade information
Providing Legal Complaints with trade cash flows MTM data
Providing trade confirmations to Complaints, CMT Legal
Updating CRM Complaints Management System with static data ensuring it is kept up to date
Ownership of the Front Office to Operations relationship communication.
The perception the Rates business has of Operations is a fundamental factor to the success of the department. This is a unique responsibility in the Operations area and requires excellent inter-personal skis, understanding of the issues, risks, accuracy flexibility to be able to respond immediately.
Analysis of complaints data
Use internal systems to retrieve confirmations
Use CRM complaints system to run Complaints Reports for Senior Management
Spreadsheet maintenance and reporting
Essential Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills
Good working knowledge of Summit
Qualifications /Education: University Degree
An understanding of the rates markets and processing
