Interest Rates Business Analyst (VP) – Tier 1 Investment Bank – New Electronic Trading Group
My client, a tier 1 investment bank, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is an SME in Fixed Income and Interest Rates.
The successful BA will join a new electronic trading group and will be focusing on the "electronification" of their current fixed income platform.
This role has a significant amount of front office and IT exposure and there it is essential that you can communication comfortably with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from very senior stakeholders and front office users
- Liaise with and manage the technological expectations of front-office users
- Provide detailed functional specifications to the various stakeholders involved
- Drive the development and design of new business solutions and have a good grasp on the level of risk involved
You must have:
- A thorough understanding of Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivatives
- Front office exposure and excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle complex project and deliver innovative business solutions
- Established Core BA skills and experience with providing detailed specifications / documentation
- Full understanding of the whole trade life cycle (STP)
