Interface Specialist
Responsible for running and monitoring interface programs for multiple payroll clients. Also required to manually import files into payroll system for processing. Must be able to identify and escalate processing issues when they arise. Complete Description: 1. Process inbound and outbound interface files for COS clients. This includes handling any exceptions which error out during processing. 2. Monitor client activity identifying variances from normal transmission pattern. Communicate with the client when expected transmission is not received. 3. Produce and route funding reports in accordance with processing schedules and procedures. 4. Log work efforts as outlined in standard operating procedures. 5. Seek improvements to existing processes and suggest enhancements to systems to streamline functionality. 6. Provide client support and technical assistance regarding interface process, both for new and existing clients.
