Interim Estates Manager Job in North West, North West Uk
Our client is an NHS organisation in the North West of England. A requirement has arisen to appoint an Interim Estates specialist to report to the Head of Estates and Facilities.
The key requirement for the role is to undertake a critical review of operations and processes within the Estates department including standard operating procedures, and to quantify and systemise the improvements and changes required for the Estates function to meet the challenges facing the organisation. The post holder will then look to implement the recommendations within the Estates and FM team.
This role requires an in depth understanding of NHS Estates and both Hard and Soft services.
