Interim Finance Assistant
My client, one of the UK's leading consumer magazine and digital publishers are looking to recruit a finance assistance for 6-9months with an immediate start (position could potentially become permanent). The successful candidate will have excellent exposure and a chance to work in a large and vibrant team.
Following Duties:
- Reconciliations of revenue received through Internet orders.
- Revenue and volume calculations.
- Preparation of revenue and costs for weekly and monthly management reports and sales forecasts.
- Invoice coding, data entry, journals and account adjustments.
- Assisting finance manager with the preparation of management accounts and month end
- Preparation of revenue reports.
Essential:
- Proficient Excel skills (V-look up, Pivot Tables, Macros are desirable)
- Outgoing personality - able to fit into a dynamic team
- Degree educated and preferably at early stages of CIMA or ACCA
