[International Bank] Global Risk Trainer (50% travelling required)
Our client is a major European Bank with a strong and long established presence in the region. Due to a strong emphasis on people development, they are looking to recruit a dynamic and highly capable professional to join their training team focusing on Risk for consumer banking.
You will be responsible for risk training design and delivery across multiple continents through working closely with stakeholders in the various countries. You work with Curriculum manager in the design and development of curriculum including training content, catalogue of learning solutions, presentation material, and selection of delivery channel in alignment with business strategy. You engage with business stakeholders in country to diagnose development needs and design, and delivery specific needs. You work closely with training programme managers to support the planning of all delivery-related aspects.
With more than 8 years of relevant experience in either Collections or Credit Risk, you possess in-depth knowledge of collections and recovery / Retail, SME credit and Risk Management and Credit Cycle. With experience in the banking environment, you are customer oriented and possess a good understanding of the culture. You have excellent facilitation skills, coaching skills and are strong in Stakeholder management.
