Interim Finance Manager – Central London – Media (PR Company)

My client a well known PR company based in Central London are looking to take on an Interim Finance Manager, due to a current restructure within their finance team. The ideal candidate for this role will have working, recent knowledge of Paprika (Rebus) alongside being able to complete the following duties:

• Preparing the monthly management accounts packs for the board meetings
• Inputting the fee detail into Paprika on a monthly basis
• Communication of the status of each business units income and chasing Leadership Team for income sign off
• Reviewing the budget reconciliations and client profitability and relaying the findings to the directors at finance meetings
• Reviewing the variance analysis reports and communicating any differences to the Account Directors at monthly finance meetings
• Reviewing/preparing the balance sheet reconciliation’s including WIP, fixed assets, prepayments, accrued and deferred income.
• Reviewing the bank reconciliation’s
• Reviewing the cash forecast and debtors/creditors situation on a weekly basis
• Reviewing the quarterly VAT returns
• Yearly audit preparation work
• Streamline and create new ways of reporting for both internal and external stakeholder needs to allow for faster and clearer data analysis.
• Managing a team of 2 and implement month end processes for the finance team to adhere to
