Interim IT Production Support Manager
Interim IT service manager required for a growing specialist IT production support team, the team currently provides 1st/2nd/3rd line support to various trading applications for a leading equity trading business.
The IT service manager will be responsible for the management of support in line with the ITIL framework and be particularly accustomed to Implementing and improving methods for incident management.
The client is currently undergoing a huge transformation programme implementing new vendor systems front to back these include back office, middle office and front office systems such as settlements, reconciliations, pricing, OMS and CRM, therefore it would be preferred if the IT Service manager can easily demonstrate a track record of support and incident management across a complex IT implementation programme.
IT Service Manager duties:
- 1st / 2nd /3rd support to Vendor Trading Systems
- Exposure to supporting OMS EMS systems such as Fidessa
- Exposure to Reconciliations / Settlements systems
- ITIL Service Management (ideally certified)
- Implement and devise incident management process and procedures
- Hands on Technical Support
- Management of a small team
