INTERIM PAYROLL MANAGER
COVER WHILST RECRUITING ON A PERMANENT BASIS

Hays are delighted to be recruiting for an organisation on Teesside, who require interim cover for the next 2-3 months.

Key aspects of the role will include:-

Running all aspects of a payroll service for up to 5,000 employees
Managing a weekly payroll run - processing 900+ timesheets per week
Manage a team of 4 payroll officers and 1 administrator
Provide front line advice, information and guidance for customer enquiries

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

HMRC/Real Time Information knowledge
Full understanding of current employment law/benefits/Working Time Directive etc
Understanding of Pension Auto Enrolment
Payroll Management/Customer Service experience
Ability to deliver timely accurate information
