Interim Team Leader
Hays are currently working with a market leader in the automotive industry based in South Birmingham, due to a sustained period of change and growth they now have a job opportunity to take on an interim Team Leader to support them through these exciting times. This role does have the potential to turn permanent.
Leading a highly motivated team of 6 to recover debt within a timely and effective manner the role will have exposure to all areas of credit management, including litigation and risk. Reporting in to the Senior Group Credit Manager, you will set strategy and put plans in place to effectively manage credit exposure and risk. You will keep up the large value of the ledger while offering a new point of view on the already excellent process mapping.
To be successful in this role, you must be strong with Excel and available at short notice. You must be strategically minded and have had exposure to credit risk.
Effective communication and management skills, as well as proven ability to lead teams.
