Securities Services Processor
A popular investment bank located in Dorset are looking for individuals to join their leading organisation.
Duties:
• Operations environment
• Processing position
• Client (internal and external) liaison
• Resolve out of proof conditions through a generation of reports
• Necessary investigation of errors of customer accounts, trust accounts, or daily security positions
• Reconciliations
• Answer inquiries received from internal and external sources by various means of communication.
• A high exposure to sensitive financial transactions and liability up to $50,000,000
• Perform other operational and recordkeeping duties within the department as required by management.
Candidate
• College, degree is desirable
• Strong PC skills a must including the ability to manage multiple desktop programs at once. (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Lotus Notes)
• Good mathematical skills
• Analytical
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written, a must
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
