Intern – Client Management (12 Months) [Ref: P636 Trainee/Intern Client Management-KM] recruitment
CMU client activities will be split in three separate entities, one covering the Key Clients program, the other developing all co-operation and cross-selling initiatives as well as the coverage of clients. Develop the performance of our global capital market franchise with the largest Financial Institutions building on SGCIB strengths and franchise and organize synergies, co-operation and cross-selling globally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maximizing revenue generation and ensuring the saturation of the client with our franchise products
- Ensuring the largest clients penetration and a smart strategic relationship development
- Gathering client high-level information and market trends to support strategic decision making
- Leveraging and coordinating with other client coverage within SG CIB
- Developing the cross-selling among Client businesses outside of the Key Client program
- Developing the alignment of client activities with Corporate Finance Business Lines
- Defining client related marketing and its efficiency (polls, awards…)
- Visiting customers to assess the potential development of business or develop new relationship
- Monitoring risks and revenue generation to ensure the proper allocation of resources
- Prioritizing support, risk and legal resources to ensure a smooth process of credit lines management and on-boarding of new clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Must have high GPA
- Good IT skills
- Native English
- Prefer Finance experience background
