Intern Human Resources – Global Markets & Research recruitment
Main Duties:
1) Provide general administrative support to the Global HRBP – Markets Research, including providing effective diary management, co-ordinating internal / external meetings, etc
2) Organising travel arrangements and reconciling expenses
3) Administration of invoices for Markets HR
4) Support the Business Partner’s in Global Markets Research as required and directed, e.g. with special projects (power point presentations, organisation of induction days events, recruiting campaigns, etc)
5) Coordinate Training and Training budget
6) Administrative tasks
-Help with the collection of information for spreadsheets
-Screening of phone calls
-Preparation and enhancement of presentations
-Arrangement of events and road-shows
-Assist with Executive Development Plan tool
Knowledge:
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
Desirable:
- Knowledge of German and/or Italian
- Familiarity with Markets and Research
- Familiarity with Investment Banking
Skills:
- Very high level of IT skills (Microsoft Office Package)
Aptitude:
- Fast learner
- Problem solving attitude
- Capability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Resilient
Qualification:
- Preferably degree in Human Resources
