A well respected London based Bank seeks an auditor who has experience of auditing HR / Human Resources within the Banking Industry.
A career advancing job opportunity has arisen for an Internal Auditor to join as a specialist in a newly formed HR Internal Audit team within one of the world's leading banking organisations in The City of London. This is a rapidly growing organisation, which has gone through a significant amount of growth and transformation recently and has strong plans for continued success. The Banks' Audit team has a variety of specialist teams that look at specific departments within the Bank, yours would be HR Audit.
Within this role, you will act as an SME within the department for HR risks and be consulted on audits regarding Human Resource process and operations. The role would be to work as part of an audit team working on the delivery of internal audits across the Bank. On occasions you may also be required to step-up into a leading capacity, although this will not be required initially.
To be successful within this role you would need to have previous HR audit experience either from within the Big 4 or as an internal auditor in a banking environment. You would ideally be a qualified accountant and/or internal auditor and you would need to demonstrate either good internal audit or external audit experience from across the banking sector, relevant to Human Resources.
