Our client in Diegem is one of the largest distributers of electronic components, technology solutions, computer products and embedded technology. They are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Internal Communications Officer to assist the Marketing Communications Director EMEA in all internal and external communication programs.
Your key responsibilties will be the development of an internal communication plan and management of all internal communication vehicles: create relevant content for each of them (intranet, internal newsletters.) and update as needed. You will also support and write the executive communication (EMEA corporate presentations, quarterly messages, articles in global publications, videos) and support internal/external events projects. Furthermore you will assist with press release requests, write/rewrite and manage internal approval process. You will organize webinars, conference calls, meetings logistics.
You have proven experience in the field of communications and you have a university degree.
You have excellent writing skills in English (native level), and also fluently speak French and/or Dutch. You are able to adapt your style for a variety of publications and audiences. You are used to working in an international fast paced environment. You are able to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
