Internal Communications

This highly regarded, well established, member based financial services provider seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to develop, drive and implement communications to engage its employees in order to develop an understanding of its culture and values.

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager you will develop and execute multi-channel, integrated communications and material targeting employees to support awareness and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for you to add value and influence stakeholders across the organisation when developing content for a variety of channels including the intranet, intranet and newsletters,.

Working in a team of four you will be responsible reviewing and developing a strategy to continually improve materials in this ever changing environment.

To be successful in the role you will have excellent writing and verbal skills and be able to disseminate technical information in to engaging and topical subject matter. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and develop strong relationships across the business will be highly regarded as this is your chance to make a difference.

Ideally you will have a degree in communications or marketing and have a strong track record in internal communications.
