PCVu / Aluminium Order Processor Job in Corby, Midlands UK
My client is a leading PVCu window, door and conservatory manufacturer, and are looking to recruit an experienced PVCu/Aluminium Order Processor. The primary role includes the accurate and efficient preparation of orders, paying attention to detail and giving full support to their existing team.
Organise and control the effective processing of PVCu / Aluminium orders to the highest standard. Orders will include painted frames, shaped frames, large commercial contracts, cavity closures and aluminium frames.
To ensure the accurate, efficient and cost effective processing of PVCu / Aluminium orders.
To report the efficiency and accuracy of PVCu / Aluminium order processing.
To ensure the checking of orders with the Administration Technical Manager prior to production.
To ensure quick and efficient responses to all customer enquiries.
To ensure effective liaison with the Operations and Finance functions and throughout the Sales and Marketing department.
To ensure that all acknowledgements are sent out within 24 hours to 48 hours of receipt of a clean order.
To ensure that production paperwork is available 5 working days before despatch.
Experience within the cfonstruction industry would be beneficial. As would Analytical skills.
