Coca-Cola Enterprises is looking for an Internal Control Manager Benelux
Job:
- You proactively identify opportunities to continuously improve and enhance effectiveness and efficiency of existing operational and administrative processes and procedures as related to the internal control environment.
- You assess and address the impact of business initiatives (organizational, process and systems) and change management on the internal control environment.
- You influence key stakeholders to accept and implement required internal control improvements needed.
- You support the realization of an integrated Enterprise Control Framework
- You design, improve and execute a Field Control monitoring program.
- You maintain and enhance the SOX framework in consultation with the Corporate SOX team.
- You monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations (SOX, Bribery act)
- You perform business unit or process-level risk assessments and design and execute monitoring programs in collaboration with Compliance and Risk management.
- You investigate possible Code of Business Conduct violations/frauds in collaboration with Security, HR and Ethics Compliance teams. You evaluate results and drive recommendations around internal controls improvements, as a result, in the business or a key process.
- You manage the Internal Control team - ensure they are recognized and acknowledged as a client oriented business function, lead and inspire the team to consistently perform at their best, manage CCE's performance management processes for the team - annual evaluations, development plans and talent management review
- You manage the Internal Reporting Relationships:
- There is a high level of collaboration between the ICM and Compliance and Risk management, Internal Audit/SOX team and the Corporate Controllers group.
- Collaboration with local external auditor (EY) teams is required.
- There is an indirect reporting relationship to the VP of Finance in the local region.
Profiel:
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree required with relevant education
· Proven track record with 7 to 10 years experience at a 'Big Four' firm or at the Internal Control or Audit department of a multinational
· Prior Team leadership / management experience: Strong people management and leadership skills
· Strong customer focus and strong professional integrity
· Excellent communication and influencing skills. Fluent in Dutch, English and preferable French, both verbal and written communications is required.
· Good problem solver with strong analytical skills
· Certification preferred, for example CCS, CIA or CISA
· Preferred experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP is a strong plus
· Ability to travel an estimated 20-30%
