Internal Controls / Audit Manager in Hefei recruitment
Location: Hefei, Anhui
This Internal Controls/Audit Manager will report directly to the Internal Control MIS Director with key responsibilities in:
- Financial Control
- Analytical Accounting
- Budgetary process, Business Plan and Forecasts
- Commercial Objectives Control
- Tying up with Accounting Department MIS Reports and Cargabal
- Specific studies and analysis
Key Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible of MIS tasks, both Financial and Analytical Accounting, and respective reporting to Top Management of the AFC and to the Bank Group.
- Responsible of the Budgetary Process, annual updating of Business Plan and monthly Forecasts in the AFC reporting to AFC Management and the Bank Group.
- Responsible of the analysis, control and checking of Commercial Objectives stated by the Top management of the AFC.
- Review and control the fulfilment of banking packages made by the Accounting Department and match it with MIS Reports.
- Prepare specific tasks for Top management, like control of profitability of new products, follow up of campaigns, deliver daily, weekly flashes, analysis of AFC′s market share, etc
Qualification Required
- Degree holder in Business Administration or similar qualifications, a MBA an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a dynamic environment with a good understanding of complex organisational structure of companies. Flexibility and Proactivity will be relevant in the start up period.
- At least 5 years experience in External Audits of Financial Institutions in one of the Big 4 Audit firms (Deloitte, KPMG, EY and PwC) in China branches. Or similar experience in one the existing Chinese AFCs in Financial Control/Accounting/Internal Control Areas.
- Sound understanding of Chinese Western culture is a must. He/she must accept to live in Hefei.
- Self motivated, highly energetic and demonstrate high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong PC skills including Data Base Management, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
