International household name has set a target of doubling revenues by 2015. A significant part of this strategy will be achieved through MA. As an MA transactions manager you will be responsible for the strategic development growth of the firm by supporting the execution of their MA plans from identifying targets through to post-merger integration.
As this is not an external MA or lead Advisory Job, you are the customer. As a result this is an ideal role if you want to keep a transaction oriented role, but enjoy a better work life balance than you would in a bank of Big 4 firm.
Ideal candidates will be ACA qualified with post qualified experience in TS. Essential skills are experience in transaction services, particularly financial due diligence. You should have the aptitude to understand the broader deal process (legal, commercial, operational) but crucially must be able to conduct detailed financial reviews, liaise with a range of stake holders.
