About the Role:
Utilising your background and proven success within internal or agency recruitment, you will source high calibre candidates for a range of positions, via a range of methods such as headhunting, networking and screening advertisement responses. You will provide best practice advice to managers, working closely with key stakeholders to fulfil their staffing requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
You will have 3 - 5 years experience successfully sourcing high calibre candidates for a range of technical roles, meeting the rapidly changing needs of the business. You will demonstrate excellent candidate management skills, versatile in your approach to recruitment campaigns and able to prioritise a busy workload. A strong communicator, you will build rapport quickly and be able to foster strong relationships from the outset.
