We currently have an excellent opportunity for a driven, self motivated, and results oriented sales professional on our Internal Wholesaling team based in Houston, TX.

Position Overview
The Western National Internal Wholesaler will primarily provide multi-channel sales support to
Financial Advisors. Activities include, but are not limited to:

- Proactive outbound sales contacts that drive new sales through
Financial Advisors.
- Corporate key account call campaigns
- Work in tandem with assigned WNL External Wholesaler to develop new and maintain existing financial advisor relationships within region.
- Business development resource to top
Financial Advisors through customized support
- Gather, share and utilize competitive market intelligence
- Product expert resource
- Educate/train
Financial Advisors on all Western National sales systems and distributed products
- Coach
Financial Advisors on appropriate product positioning strategies.
- Business appreciation communications to top
Financial Advisors.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and conference calls.
- Respond promptly to inbound call or sales support inquiries across channels.
- Analyze opportunity reports to identify proactive sales communication targets within assigned regions.
- Review region sales results with assigned External Wholesalers
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, trainings with External Wholesalers
- Order and distribute forms and marketing materials to
Financial Advisors.
- Create and distribute product sales illustrations/quotes.
- Problem solving advisor issues in placing or servicing business.
- Maintain contact database of
Financial Advisors and track activity
- Create and deliver regional opportunity/results presentations in group setting.
- Create sales idea concepts for marketing development consideration
- Execute flexible work assignment and business continuity functions.
- Work on special projects as needed in the department.
- Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations/guidelines
- Work closely with contacts from across departments and company lines.

- Grow sales volume within assigned region
- Increase the number of agents offering our products
- Achieve and exceed assigned performance standards

Financial Advisors, clients, vendors, and personnel.

Organization Structure:
This position reports to the SVP Director of Internal Wholesaling for Western National.

Position Requirements
FINRA Series 6 or 7
Insurance Sales license - Life Health
Bachelors Degree or work equivalent with emphasis on business/marketing
Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills
Experience developing maintaining relationships
Two years experience in Financial Services/Investment sales, marketing or wholesaling environment
