International Accounts Payable Coordinator vacancy to work near Fulham
Successful and expanding retail organisation are recruiting due to expansion. The role will report into the International Finance Manage. Duties will include batching, coding and inputting invoices, posting payments of cash and credit card expenses, statement reconciliations, bank recs, forex, allocating standing orders and direct debits, and gaining authorisation for payment together with extensive query resolution using Sun accounts and Excel.
The successful candidate will have experience of high volume processing of invoices and query resolution, be confident with Excel, a self starter, used to working in a fast paced environment. Advantageous if you have a background in retail or fashion, have used Sun and be studying for AAT although ACCA and CIMA will also be encouraged. This is a great career opportunity with benefits to include 25 days holidays, 2% pension, 750 clothes allowance per season and study support. Hours are 9-.5.30 Monday to Thursday with 5.00 finish Fridays.
