International Consultant

Large London based consultancy requires an International Consultant to develop their global Employee Benefits International proposition. Working as part of a multi disciplined team you will manage and advise on international Employee Benefits to a portfolio of corporate clients. As the key point of contact for a portfolio of corporate client accounts you will be required to build and develop relationships, create international market benefit reviews and design bespoke benefit solutions. You will also develop benefit strategy plans with clients based on client propositions as well as create, plan and implement benefits strategies.

This role requires a level of expertise in a range of employee benefits at international level and excellent client management skills allied to strong technical capability are essential. You must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate effectively propositions on behalf of each of the businesses’ practice areas, provide support and advice on international benefits to Health and Risk consultants as well as devise, plan and implement client plans to agreed timescales.

To be considered you must have previous international industry specific experience across a range of benefits including Pensions, be proficient in report writing hold strong presenting, negotiating and influencing skills. Additionally you must have a strong knowledge of benefits legislation and best practice. Global employment law and HR practice awareness would also be advantageous. A competitive salary of between £45,000 - £60,000 + full benefits package is on offer.
