International Finance & Billings Manager
A market leading technology and services business based in Central London is currently looking to recruit an International Finance and Billings Manager to lead a small team to provide sound reporting, analysis and partnering to a prominent division of their global business.
The business:
Originally listed in the US but now private equity backed and head quartered in both London and the US, this business works with some of the worlds largest blue chip FMCG businesses to provide IT, logistics and technology solutions on a global scale. The group and divisional finance functions are based in Central London and this role sits within a niche, high growth division that provides software solutions.
The role:
The International Finance and Billings Manager will lead and motivate a team of three, and partner with the sales team to ensure that revenue generated is correctly recognised and reported. This role will involve significant amounts of business partnering and analytical work alongside high volume data management, process improvement and compliance work. The IFB Manager will work with Sales Managers to develop and construct new contracts, look at pricing structures and ensure new client proposals are viable. They will use keen financial and commercial acumen to produce insightful analysis and reports for the sales team. A strong attention to detail will allow accurate input of all data and product codes into SAP as well as monthly and quarterly financial reporting. They will manage the audit process and work closely with external advisors as well as liaising with finance personnel and customers around the globe.
The candidate required:
The successful candidates will have at least five years experience gained within a similar financial management / billings role within a software or technology business. Candidates will have a strong finance background but do not necessarily need to be a qualified accountant, and will have excellent communication skills at all levels.
