International Governance Manager – Insurance – City Based recruitment
The Person:
This is an urgent requirement for those with strong Governance and Secretariat backgrounds. It is highly desirable you have worked in the Insurance industry and this Business experience will fast track you to interview. Having said this out of Industry experience will be considered given strong Governance knowledge. The client require a senior candidate that has experience dealing with multiple international offices in a previous role. Any 2nd languages would be advantageous.
The Position:
The International Governance Manager will play a key role in co-ordinating the governance of the client's subsidiaries in all territories outside of the US and UK. The postholder will act as a point of contact to the answer International Corporate Governance questions and will be involved in promoting a consistent and high standard of governance for client entities throughout the world, excluding the US and UK
