The modular-structured program enables you to gain practical know-how in the CIB area of UniCredit. You will start in your target area, rotate in national and international essentially important units and hereby reach the qualification level of your target position. A tailor-made seminar concept in the beginning of your program provides the transfer of academic knowledge into practical experience.

Our Transactional Sales/Fixed Income Cash Sales team is looking for a graduate to:

- Develop the transaction banking sales with the defined banks requiring and providing account services, clearing and settlement facilities
- Take advantage from the potential attractive market in core countries as well as in CEE region leveraging the increasing importance of EUR as global settlement currency
- Support the Local Manager Transactional Sales for the sale of Transactional Sales products, both cash and clearing or Trade Finance ones, to foreign correspondent banks assigned to his / her portfolio;
- Collaborate with the Local Manager Transactional Sales for the increase of market share of cash and clearing products with foreign correspondent banks assigned to his / her portfolio engaging himself/herself in the sales process and in customer acquisition.
- Facilitating on site troubleshooting of cash and clearing products in order to provide support to customers from pre-sales to post-sales with the aim to leverage proximity to client as an additional sales pitch.
- Observation of market rules and trends, analysis of market potential in the geographical area of responsibility
