International Head of HR, Corporate Banking Operations & Tech recruitment
You will be responsible for influencing and collaborating with Group HR, and Regional and Country CIO's, and supporting them with HR strategies that are aligned with the needs of these businesses that reflect the uniqueness of each segment and country market as well as create and execute business and HR transformation programmes which build collaboration, capability and performance. You will also champion change management and organization effectiveness initiatives, and lead various high-level HR projects.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in a senior role with intimate knowledge of business or banking operations coupled with business transformation, change management and senior business advisory skills. Demonstrated experience in a similar role where resilience, creativity and working with ambiguity were required. The applicant should also have experience navigating a complex matrix structure. This position will be Singapore based.
