International Purchasing Specialist:

 

Evriholder Products, LLC- a leading house wares distributor is looking for a talented purchasing specialist. Responsibilities include:

 

·      Create/maintain a good working relationship with international vendors;

·      Forecast inventory needs, anticipating, scheduling placing purchase orders;

·      Coordinating and planning inbound shipment logistics with freight forwarders and vendors;

·      Monitor inventory needs and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery;

·      Coordinate delivery logistics expedite purchase orders as needed.

 

Requirements:  

·      Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing and/or accounting;

·      Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Mas90 or related ERP software experience; 

·      Ability to multi-task effectively and communicate accurately with overseas suppliers;

·      Must be detail oriented;

·      Ability to work both independently and within a team;

·      Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills;

·      Excellent communication skills (written verbal);

·      Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

·      Mandarin Chinese a plus
