International Reward/Compensation specialist recruitment
The role
Support the Head of Compensation Benefits in aligning the organisation's compensation and benefits structures with the global marketplace and ensuring it retains, attracts and motivates a world class staff from across the globe
Identify performance goals and benchmark reward against the world’s leading financial institutions. This will mean working closely with the business to identify the right objectives and measures of success, appropriate peer groups and analysing the data this produces. The person will need to effectively and credibly deal with high level internal management and then properly source, interpret and model the relevant data.
Apart from participating in regular compensation cycles, annual bonus calculations, pay reviews etc, the person will be involved in on going projects (e.g. working with senior practitioners in organisational design, career development framework, review of bonus plans, harmonisation of benefits etc).

The person
Must have an international outlook (e.g. has worked and lived in more than one country) and solid experience in compensation. This position level would be equivalent to senior associate (or a 1st year VP) at an investment bank.

Location
While the company has a UK office and initial interviews will be in London, this role will be based abroad in an offshore sun sea and sand location
