Cornell Iron Works, a leading manufacturer of Security Closure Products is seeking an International Sales Support Representative for its Mountain Top, PA facility. The IS Support Rep will work with our International Support team to provide estimates and product descriptive formal quotes as well as processing orders and preparing products for shipment and delivery. This position will also be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact at our company for international customers and will manage customer questions, inquiries and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service or sales role involving a commercial construction product. Proficiency in reading building plans, interpreting specifications and preparing proposals is a must. Ability to speak Spanish is definitely preferred.
