Job description
Advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities (in particular tp PE and RE funds);
Tax structuring advice (Luxembourg and cross border);
Pre and post completion tax planning;
International tax due diligence
Review of sales and purchase documentation from a tax perspective
Who we are looking for
You hold a Master 2 in Tax Law or Economics, specialization in International Taxation would be an asset;
You have a first successful experience of at least 7 years in a Law Firm or in a Consulting Firm;
You are fluent in English, German and/or French;
You display the ability to communicate effectively and act as a team player;
You are organized, flexible and able to manage several files;
