Internship European RFP-Team
The team is responsible for the initial steps in the global sales process and lays the foundation for the successful distribution in institutional and retail business. In this regard, the RFP team is responsible for the answering of questionnaires (so-called Requests For Proposals – RFPs) and for maintaining data bases. The target group consists of various investor groups such as institutional investors, consultants and fund-of-fund managers, whose high standards and global nature require that the questionnaires and presentations be of high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in answering RFPs in English and German or French in close cooperation with the relevant departments, such as investment management, research, risk management, reporting, trading, etc.
- Update several data bases and statistics
- Maintain the global content management system
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German or French, additional languages beneficial
- Studies in Economics, Finance, Languages or Communications
- Ability to communicate clearly,
- Ability to master the Microsoft Office Programs
- A pronounced sense of team spirit and organisation skills
- A high degree of service-orientation, self-reliance and commitment
