Investment Accountant Team Leader- 9 months FTC
Harvey Nash’s highly successful investment client is looking for a team leader to hold responsibility for a team of investment accountants in Edinburgh. The role will involve leading a small client accounting team, ensuring active administration and maintaining service levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing the work of team members, making sure work is delivered in accordance with department standards
- Tracking client service levels and reporting any problems to the manager
- Communicating frequently with management in order to contribute to the development of the department as well as participating in team projects aimed to advance the service provided
- Training, development and appraisals
In order to fulfil this role, you must have an IOC (previously IAQ) qualification or be working towards it, able to stimulate and manage a team, a high standard of technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills and able to grasp systems quickly.
