Investment Administrator – Operations recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Trading - calculating and instructing fund manager deals, processing client transactions, checking client details, updating client information, dealing with correspondence and any client enquiries.

• Settlements - ensure that all trades are settled with the fund managers and all cash transfers are timely and accurately processed.

• Reconciliations - checking that all cash transactions are accounted for daily, unit holding records agree with fund manager positions.

• Pricing - preparing fund valuations daily by collating prices from fund managers and issuing unit prices to clients and their administrators.
