Our client is a global pioneer in infrastructure investing. It focuses on mature infrastructure businesses that produce consistent returns by providing key services for communities and economies. With significant funds under management and appetite to invest, it has a large presence in the European infrastructure market.
Responsibilities
- You will be joining as an analyst. This is a role with scope and is more of an associate role in terms of the responsibilities; you will responsible for analysing potential investments, preparing all investment documentation and helping on the execution of deals. You’ll assist with the management of the assets which will involve attending board meetings as an observer and support future fundraising. Candidates with a European language, especially German, Spanish or a Nordic language are highly desirable
Skills we’re looking for
- Background in either an infrastructure, utilities or transport, industrials or tech MA team from a leading investment bank. Corporate finance or MA within a corporate infrastructure or utility business
- Strong financial analytical and communication skills
- In addition to written and spoken fluency in English, an additional European language, either German, Spanish or a Nordic language is highly desirable
