The Company
Our client an Irish owned asset manager with a highly successful value add investment strategy is seeking an Investment analyst to join a team of highly qualified and experienced investment professionals who manage both short and long term credit investment funds. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate who wishes to pursue a career in a highly successful asset management company who currently manage assets in excess of €6 billion.
The Challenge:
The role will involve:
- Researching, analysing and interpreting financial information and the implications it has for investment decisions
- Keeping up to date with industry developments, sector reports and market related publications on the particular sectors linked to your portfolio
- High level of report writing and preparing pitch books
- Presenting to credit committee and investors
- Providing investment advice/recommendations to clients
- Tracking, measuring and analysing fund performance
- As role progresses responsibilities will include managing relationships with financial institutions and private equity houses
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate:
- Newly qualified ACA from a Big 4 firm
- First class academic background (minimum 2.1Hons, passed all professional exams on first attempt)
- Analytically and numerically minded with strong quantitative skills (strong Maths result in Leaving Cert / A levels desirable)
The Compensation:
Remuneration will be in line with market rate
