Investment Analyst, Real Estate Private Equity Fund recruitment
Our client is a major real estate private equity fund, who are one of the biggest global investors in commercial and residential real estate. They invest in equity, debt and structured investments and are have a significant European footprint.
They are now looking to add an Investment Analyst to their team, who will work on the execution of real estate deals in the EMEA region. You can expect to work on deal origination, financial modelling, valuation, analysis, negotiation, and portfolio management. They have significant deal flow and assets to invest.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- investment banking professionals with the real estate corporate finance advisory teams of tier one US banks
- investment analysts with other real estate investment funds
- strong financial modelling and valuation skills
