Investment Analyst – resources recruitment
This well known global asset manager has a flexible long only investment strategy that allows it to continuously grow despite challenging global conditions. The fund covers all sectors and is run by well respected market leaders which encourage constant learning and development. They are after a commercially astute junior Investment/Equity Analyst with 2-4 years experience to join its fund.
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer this role will include working with a Portfolio Manager to cover the resources sector; Analysing business structures, financials and business strategies to form a view on valuation and to create investment cases; Market/Industry analysis.
To be considered you must have 2-4 years experience within buy/sell side equities, an analyst within a leading MA firm or within the Valuations division of the big 4 accounting firms. You will not be further than 4 years post bachelors degree. Experience in the resources space will be highly regarded. You will have a distinction average or GPA of above 3 from your university.
