Investment Analyst/Manager recruitment
This highly regarded Private Equity fund invests in mining projects and related businesses in either a direct investment or in a JV. This fund is distinguished by truly partnering with investees and investors to reach project potential. Due to an internal move an opportunity has arisen for an Investment Analyst/Manager ideally with on-site experience and an understanding of the mining sector.
Reporting into the Investment Directors your role will include using your modelling skills to analyse investment opportunities and execute investments for the fund; Deal structure modelling; Conducting reviews on current investee companies to drive project potential; participating in timely exits of investee companies; and domestic and international on-site visits.
Candidates will have 3-6 years experience within the mining sector either in Investment Banking, on site mining analyst or project lead, mining valuations or equity research covering the resources sector. You will also ideally have a combination of technical/commercial/financial qualifications.
