Registered Representative recruitment
A fast paced and growing company is seeking a Registered Representative. The company's unique model incorporates educating the public and its clientele on real estate investing in the multifamily and single family industries with its connection to a broker for securities sales. The Representative will meet with potential clients, identify new opportunities and add to the company's existing client base by obtaining referrals and other outreach programs.
The candidate must have a clean U-4 and a Series 7 and 63. The candidate must be able to plan, prioritize and organize effectively in a high volume, high energy, client-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate would also have a Series 79 or 82. Any candidate hired will be required to obtain a Series 79 or 82 if he/she does not possess that license. The ideal candidate would also have experience with private placements, knowledge of the real estate industry and a proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships, in particular with high net worth clients. Candidates not possessing these traits will still be considered.
